Feel Good Martini Gelato is a complete, ready powder base with stevia, no added sugar and rice flour, for a very creamy vegan artisan gelato.

It holds excellently in the display case and is designed for plant-based diets or customers watching their sugar intake.

Ideal for: vegan no-added-sugar gelato.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no added sugar, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.

Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 2.3 kg of boiling water.

Processing: hot.
