DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
zHero Plant Based Leagel is a base for artisan gelato free from animal derivatives, high in fibre and with natural flavourings only, for no-added-sugar, plant-based cream flavours.
It is made with water or an unsweetened plant drink for light vegan cream flavours.
Ideal for: healthy vegan gelato, hazelnut, chocolate and coffee.
Features: no added sugar, lactose-free, high in fibre, natural flavourings, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water or plant drink and churn.
Dosage: 300 g of product per 1 L of water or unsweetened plant drink.
Processing: cold.
