Delivery Plus Leagel is an artisan gelato improver for takeaway and delivery: gelato eaten at home stays creamy and scoopable like in the shop. It does not affect display stability, needs no recipe rebalancing and is free from animal derivatives, allergens and flavourings.

Fat-free, it is used at 40-60 g per kg and works even with a home freezer.

Ideal for: takeaway, delivery and home tubs.

Features: allergen-free, flavouring-free, fat-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add it to the base mix and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40-60 g per kg of mix.

Processing: hot, at 85 °C or cold.
