With water and fresh fruit, such as strawberries or lemons, it gives a no-added-sugar sorbet containing only the fruit's own sugars.

Ideal for: no-added-sugar sorbets and vegan menus.

Directions: blend base, water and fruit and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.05 kg of product + 1 kg of water + 2 kg of strawberries; for lemon 1.05 kg of product + 2 kg of water + 1 kg of lemon.

Processing: cold.
