Milk Chocolate Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a full milk chocolate taste, with a creamy, sweet and intensely chocolatey profile.

Milk chocolate gives a sweet, creamy gelato loved by children: at 80 g per litre, finished with variegates and crumbles.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Recommended pairings: crumbles, hazelnut and banana.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
