Butterscotch, the Anglo-Saxon butter caramel, gives a sweet, buttery gelato: at 100 g per litre, great with caramel toppings.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Recommended pairings: caramel topping, banana and pecans.
