Of exceptional quality, it faithfully reproduces the taste, aroma and fragrance of the finest white chocolate: an indulgent base to ripple with red fruit, raspberry and pistachio.
Ideal for: white chocolate gelato, ripples with red fruit and pistachio.
Features: white chocolate taste, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g per kg of base mix.
