It has the taste of freshly made zabaglione, with a light alcoholic note that gives gelato or desserts a bold, inimitable flavour: perfect with dry biscuits, chocolate and winter flavours.

Ideal for: zabaglione gelato, winter sundaes, semifreddi and desserts.

Features: light alcoholic note, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of base mix.
