DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Vanilla Antica - Lemon and Vanilla Cream Gelato Paste Pregel is a classic vanilla paste for artisan gelato, with lemon notes and an intense yellow colour.
It recalls traditional Italian custard: pure vanilla aroma blends with fresh lemon notes that evoke Mediterranean origins, with consistent results even in high-volume production.
Ideal for: custard and vanilla gelato, sundaes with berries.
Features: bright yellow colour, vegan, gluten-free, Halal Italia and HCS certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 25-35 g per kg of base mix.
