Milk Ready Base - Fiordilatte Gelato Base Rubicone is a complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with the classic fior di latte flavour, made with milk.
High-dose, it gives a compact, structured fior di latte with creaminess that lasts in the display case: 400 g per litre and the mix is ready.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 400 g per 1 L of milk.
Processing: cold.
