DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Personalizzata Base gives a base mix pre-balanced in fats, sugars, skimmed and whole milk powder, emulsifiers and stabilisers.
It works in cold process and can be enriched with cream or fresh milk as desired: a practical base for all cream flavours.
DOSAGE: 500 g per litre of water or milk.
PACKAGING: 5 kg bag.
