Watermelon Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing watermelon gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Watermelon is one of the most refreshing flavours of the hot season: its bright pink colour catches the eye in the display case, and the Fast base also lets you serve it as a cold cream from the slush machine, in a cup.

Ideal for: watermelon sorbet, slush-machine cold creams and summer sundaes.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water, rest for 15 minutes and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
