Easy Watermelon Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of fresh, thirst-quenching watermelon.
Watermelon gives a red, thirst-quenching sorbet, the symbol of summer; just add water and it is ready in minutes. Easy Frutta removes the risk of balancing errors.
Ideal for: watermelon sorbet, summer sticks and creamy granitas.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
