Lemon Mirall Mirror Glaze Master Martini is a ready-to-use mirror glaze with 5% lemon juice and excellent coverage.
Its bright yellow and citrus note enhance custard desserts, with a finish that does not dull in the freezer.
Ideal for: tartlets, modern tarts and semifreddo.
Recommended pairings: custard, berries and meringue.
Features: 5% lemon juice, excellent coverage, ready to use, gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: warm to 40-45 °C, stir without incorporating air and pour over the well-chilled dessert.
