Pecan Diamante Gelato Paste Martini is a 100% roasted pecan paste for artisan gelato, with a balanced, round taste.
Its intense aroma and warm colour make it perfect with caramel and maple syrup; it offers a good balance between yield and cost. A pure paste of roasted pecan nuts with a balanced, rounded taste.
Ideal for: pecan gelato, caramel flavours and cups.
Recommended pairings: caramel, maple syrup and biscuit.
Features: 100% roasted pecans.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
