Walnut Cream Gelato Paste Pregel is a classic walnut paste for artisan gelato, enriched with plenty of walnut pieces.
It makes it easy to produce a gelato with an intense taste, with walnut pieces adding texture: it pairs with honey, figs and caramel for autumn flavours.
Ideal for: walnut gelato, autumn flavours with honey and figs.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 70 g per kg of base mix.
