OraSì Soy Liquid Gelato Base Martini is a soy-based liquid base, with no added sugar and 100% plant-based, for vegan artisan gelato.

Soy gives body and a neutral note that leaves room for rich pastes such as hazelnut, pistachio and chocolate. Halal and Kosher.

Ideal for: vegan gelato with nut pastes.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no added sugar, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: pour the base into the batch freezer, flavour to taste and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 4 L per pan.

Processing: ready to use.
