DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Pasteurised Liquid Gelato Base White G.A. Martini is a complete pasteurised, homogenised mix, made with milk and cream and dairy fats only.

It gives an intense, natural taste; with a little cream and whole milk it makes a full white gelato, ready to flavour.

Ideal for: natural fior di latte and cream flavours.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: pour the base into the batch freezer, flavour to taste and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1100 g of base + 100 g of 33% cream + 100 g of whole milk.

Processing: ready to use.
