It is the classic of classics, a high-quality product for a coating everyone loves: the unmistakable taste of milk chocolate wraps gelato sticks, biscuits and pralines. It turns liquid when warm and sets again as it cools, with a smooth, even finish.
Ideal for: gelato sticks, gelato biscuits, pralines and cones.
Features: smooth, crunchy milk chocolate coating.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at 40 °C and dip the well-chilled stick or semifreddo; it sets in seconds.
Dosage: to taste.
