DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Milk Chocolate Leagel is a crunchy coating for artisan gelato with 65% milk chocolate and cocoa butter, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
The shell is thin and crunchy, with a sweet taste.
Ideal for: classic sticks, Dubai Chocolate gelato and stracciatella.
Features: 65% milk chocolate, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
