DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stracciatella Superior Dark Chocolate Plus Coating for Gelato Martini is a dark stracciatella coating with 64% chocolate, with a bolder taste and a darker colour.
More dark, more intense: it is perfect on Bourbon vanilla with Amarena Rubino for a crunchy flavour and, being vegan, on plant-based bases too.
Ideal for: dark stracciatella, crunchy flavours and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: melt and drizzle onto the gelato at the end of churning or in the pan.
Dosage: to taste.
