Fortefrutto Peach Mango Pregel is a peach and mango concentrated paste for artisan gelato.

An original pairing for an exquisite taste, combining the unique scent of ripe peaches with the sweetness of mango: a real triumph of fruit, great for both sorbets and gelato.

Ideal for: peach and mango sorbet, summer sundaes and fruit gelato.

Features: concentrated fruit paste, consistent quality all year round.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.

Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
