Fortefrutto Strawberry Grape N Pregel is a strawberry grape concentrated paste for artisan gelato, with a soft colour.

The sugary note of grapes and the strawberry scent of this sweet, precious fruit give a gelato with an original, inviting taste, typical of autumn and the grape harvest.

Ideal for: strawberry grape gelato and sorbet, autumn flavours.

Features: soft colour, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.

Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
