The tartness of passion fruit gives a lively sorbet that pairs with mango, coconut and white chocolate, perfect for an exotic offer. Vegan and Halal.

Ideal for: passion fruit sorbet, exotic flavours and cups.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
