Part of Gelagel Frutta, the premium line of purées for artisan gelato by Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri Italiani, made with an innovative processing method that preserves the freshness and organoleptic properties of the fruit. Melannurca Campana IGP apples, of certified origin, are grown and harvested in Campania, where they reach their best ripeness and aromatic profile. A very high percentage of fruit pieces and purée, natural ingredients and certified raw materials, in a practical single-batch bucket for one pan of sorbet.

A purée with a high fruit content and certified IGP quality. Already balanced and ready to use: simply add cold water, with no weighing and no waste.

Simple recipe with cane sugar, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and palm-oil-free. Also excellent for granita, ice lollies, smoothies, semifreddo and glazes.

DOSAGE
Sorbet: 1.65 kg of product + 2.1 l of water.
Ice lollies: 500 g of product + 1 l of water.
Smoothies: 90 g of product + 50 g of water (or 100 g of milk) + 150 g of ice.
Semifreddo: 500 g of product + 500 g of cream.
Glazes: 300 g of product + 700 g of Specchioneutra.
