Coconut Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing coconut gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only milk and processing cold.

Made with milk, the coconut gelato turns out white, creamy and fragrant: an exotic flavour much in demand in summer, great with chocolate, pineapple and tropical fruits or served in a sundae with coconut flakes.

Ideal for: coconut gelato, exotic sundaes and cold creams.

Directions: whisk the powder into the milk and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.
