Tropical Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing tropical fruit gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

The tropical flavour brings a colourful, sunny mix to the display case, loved by children and families: serve it on its own, in a sundae with coconut and pineapple, or as a cold cream on the hottest days.

Ideal for: tropical fruit sorbet, exotic sundaes and cold creams.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
