DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Easy Mango Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet, juicy tropical mango.

Dehydrated mango juice and only natural colourings give a sweet, juicy sorbet with a full yellow colour, made with water only.

Ideal for: mango sorbet, exotic sundaes and frozen drinks.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
