Gourmet Milk Toschi is a complete high-quality base for artisan milk gelato. It is already balanced for milk gelato: just add milk and your flavour ingredients for a creamy, consistent result.

At 300 g per kg the base already contains sugars and stabilisers: dissolve it in milk, add the paste or flavour ingredients and get consistent gelato batch after batch, even with less experienced staff.

Ideal for: fior di latte, milk gelato and custard flavours with consistent results.
