GranLimone Lemon Sorbet Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan lemon sorbet, ready by just adding water.
It gives a fresh lemon sorbet with a bold taste, with a quick method and consistent results every batch; being vegan, it suits everyone.
Ideal for: lemon sorbet, cups and granita.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.5 L of water.
Processing: cold.
