DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Coffee del Sol Gelato Paste Toschi is an artisan gelato paste for a classic coffee gelato with a bold, aromatic taste.
Coffee gelato is an Italian classic for all year round: serve it on its own, as the base for affogato or in a sundae with cream and cocoa; it pairs well with chocolate, hazelnut and caramel variegates.
Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogatos, semifreddi and coffee creams.
Features: bold, aromatic coffee flavour.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of gelato.
