Gummy Pink Gelato Paste Martini is a pink bubblegum paste for artisan gelato, cheerful and colourful.

It is the pink version of the chewing-gum flavour, to pair with Gummy Blue for a child-friendly display; being vegan it also works in sorbets.

Ideal for: kids' flavours, colourful cups and parties.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
