Zuppa Inglese Italian trifle Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with the typical taste of zuppa inglese, the traditional Italian spoon dessert.

It recalls all its aromatic notes with an intense taste and a distinctive colour, great variegated with chocolate or sour cherry. Gluten-free.

Ideal for: traditional flavours, cups and semifreddo.

Features: gluten-free, no milk in the recipe, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
