DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Orange Cake Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of orange and rum-flavoured cake, with a citrusy and fragrant profile.
Orange sponge cake with a delicate rum note, alcohol-free: a citrusy bakery flavour, to finish with candied peel.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
