Neve Free Fabbri 1905 is a “clean label” gelato base, without additives (E Numbers), without emulsifiers, made with vegetable fiber and no added flavorings. Neve Free is also a “short label” base, as it is made with only four ingredients: dextrose, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, and vegetable fibers.
