DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Rice Cream Vegan Leagel is a base for 100% plant-based artisan gelato inspired by the Tuscan rice tart: creamy and crunchy with plenty of rice grains.

It is made with water using the hot process.

Ideal for: vegan gelato, pairings with citrus, cinnamon and chocolate.

Features: dehydrated rice, with fructose, vegan.

Directions: dissolve in boiling water, let it rest and churn.

Dosage: 665 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: hot, at 90 °C.
