DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Easy Rice Cream Leagel is a ready mix for delicate, creamy rice-flavoured gelato, prepared with water.

It has a rice milk note, is made with water using the hot process and is an original idea for the display case.

Ideal for: rice gelato, pairings with cinnamon and fruit.

Features: coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder.

Directions: dissolve in water at 90 °C, leave to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 680 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: hot, at 90 °C.
