Almond Milk Pet - Granita Syrup Toschi, highly concentrated: a small amount gives granitas an intense, bold almond milk flavour.

Almond granita is typical of Sicily and Salento: the concentrated syrup gives a delicate taste and milky white colour, and it is the base of Lecce-style iced coffee.

Ideal for: almond granita, caffè leccese and almond drinks.

Features: high-concentration syrup for granitas.

Directions: mix with water and sugar or with the Neutral Granita Base and pour into the granita machine.

Dosage: to taste, according to the desired flavour intensity.
