Mascarpone Italian Mix Dessert Rubicone is a powder mix for mascarpone desserts: a complete base to mix with cold milk for a traditional Italian mascarpone dessert.

It is mixed with cold milk and gives a traditional mascarpone cream for tiramisu, cups and single portions. Creamy and velvety, it enriches gelato and desserts with the authentic taste of mascarpone; it is whipped in a planetary mixer.

Ideal for: spoon desserts, cakes and semifreddi.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: mix with cold milk and whip until smooth.

Dosage: 550 g per 1 L of cold milk.
