Instant Coffee Arabica 100% Leagel dissolves easily in the mix and gives gelato a clean, fragrant coffee taste, also great in pastry.
At 10 g per kg it flavours gelato, creams and pastry doughs. Suitable for hot and cold processing alike.
Ideal for: coffee gelato, creams, semifreddi and pastry.
Suggested flavours: coffee gelato, tiramisù and affogatos.
Features: 100% Arabica, gluten-free.
Directions: add to the white mix and churn.
