Fruitube Fruit Ice Lolly Base Leagel is made for fruit ice lollies: sweetened with fructose, rich in fibre and fat-free, it enhances the taste of fresh, puréed or frozen fruit.

Mix it with fresh fruit or purée and water: a summer counter product, also suitable for vegans.

Ideal for: Fruitube lollies with 50% fruit and refreshing sticks.

Features: fat-free, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: blend base, fruit and water, pour into moulds and blast-freeze.

Dosage: 200 g base + 500 g fruit + 300 g water.

Processing: cold.
