Fortefrutto Peach C Pregel is a peach concentrated paste for artisan gelato, made with the finest selected peaches.
It gives gelato with the sweet, delicate taste of the summer fruit, an intense colour and consistent quality all year round; it pairs with amaretto, vanilla and yogurt.
Ideal for: peach gelato and sorbet, summer sundaes and fillings.
Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.
Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
