DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cherry Love Gelato Paste Toschi is a concentrated fruit paste made with cherries, for a cherry gelato with a full, fruity flavour.
Cherry is an indulgent, deeply coloured fruit flavour: Toschi pairs it with its Chocolate & Amaretto coating for sticks and single portions, and it is also excellent with fior di latte and dark chocolate.
Ideal for: cherry gelato, sticks with chocolate and amaretto coating, semifreddi and tarts.
Features: concentrated fruit paste made with cherries.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of gelato.
