Pineapple Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the sweet, tropical taste of pineapple, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.

Pineapple gives a sweet, slightly tangy pale yellow sorbet: it pairs with coconut, mango and passion fruit and is used for tropical sundaes and the piña colada flavour.

Ideal for: pineapple sorbet, tropical sundaes and piña colada gelato.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
