Cherry is an indulgent, deeply coloured fruit flavour that pairs naturally with chocolate, fior di latte and sour cherry: with the Fast base the sorbet is ready in minutes with no recipe to balance.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.
