Green Apple Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing green apple gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Green apple makes a pale sorbet with a crisp, tart flavour that cleanses the palate: it works as a palate cleanser, in a sundae with mint or next to custard flavours for contrast.

Ideal for: green apple sorbet, palate cleansers, cold creams and sundaes.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.
