Toffee Caramel Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing caramel toffee gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only milk and processing cold.

Toffee caramel recalls traditional milk candies: the gelato has an amber colour and a rounded taste, perfect rippled with caramel sauce or paired with chocolate and hazelnut.

Ideal for: toffee caramel gelato, indulgent sundaes and cold creams.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the milk and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 3 L of milk.
