UNICA BASE the new powder product made by Nutman for the production of ice cream with the addition of water only. A unique base of its kind as it can be considered ready to use. Packaged in convenient 1.5 kg bags, it can develop into an excellent mozzarella.
Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 lt. of water.
