DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cream-Ice Lemon Rubicone is a slush machine base: powder base for cold cream in the granita machine with a lemon taste, vegan and dairy-free, made with water only, an alternative to gelato for bars and gelato shops.
In the slush machine it gives a fresh, thirst-quenching lemon cold cream, vegan and dairy-free: perfect as an after-dinner treat at the bar or restaurant.
Ideal for: cold creams at the bar and after meals.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the granita machine.
