Vanilla Bean Gold Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a vanilla bean taste, with a sweet, warm and intensely vanilla-like profile.

Vanilla with natural colour and aroma, at just 25 g per kg: it gives a clean, fragrant vanilla custard; vegan.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 25 g per kg of mix.
